Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 US states. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future — stay tuned!
Damaged or Lost Packages Angelsteaa is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at angelsteaa@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will do our best to make it right.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Angelsteaa is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
